Already it is official. The entity of the FC Barcelona already has formalised a communiqué. The impulsores of the motion presented, in the afternoon of yesterday until 20.687 signatures of partners requesting a vote of censorship against the current managerial board chaired by Josep María Bartomeu. After measuring the validity of the same, in a time limit of ten skillful days, with the constitution of the Table of the Vote of Censorship, will proceed to the vote.
As it expresses the communiqué, "The procedure of the vote of censorship is regulated by the article 55º of the Statutes of the Club", that desglosa in the following sections:
Article 55.1: In this case, the passive subjects of the vote of censorship are all the members of the current Managerial Board
Article 55.2: The figure of supports presented surpasses 15% of partners with right to active suffrage the day of the presentation of the announcement of the vote, fixed in 16.520.
Article 55.3: The delivery of these signatures has done inside the period of 14 skillful days, to explain from the following day to the put to disposal of the tickets.
Article 55.4: From now, it opens the term of ten skillful days for the constitution of the Table of the Vote of Censorship, formed by two members of the Managerial Board of the Club, the two first partners signatories of the application and a delegate of the Catalan Federation of Football.
In these moments, the Table of the Vote of the Vote of Censorship, repeat, in a time limit of ten skillful days, will have the mission to ensure that the application "fulfils the requirements to which is subjected and, especially, that has the suitable motivation and the support of the sufficient number of partners." In spite of that it is difficult to imagine to a culé voting against of the dismissal of Bartomeu, will need more than two thirds of the votes.
