The Fiscalía has presented this Friday the complaint that came announcing during this week against the FC Barcelona. This having to the club like legal person by the payments to the ex vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA) José María Enríquez Negreira, in a complaint that has been presented in front of the Court of Instruction number 1 of Barcelona.
The indictment directs formally to the ex-president of the club Josep María Bartomeu, already was he the one who put end to the payments to Negreira by the supposed verbal reports of "advice", that extended from 2001 until the 2018, moment in which he was at the top of the entity culé. The surprise with regard to what would have filtered during this week has been that the Public Ministry also has directed his actions against the ex-president Sandro Rosell.

The complaint is the culmination of almost a year of an investigation afterwards that the Agency Tributaria remitted to the Fiscalía some fiscal irregularities in the company Dasnil, informed 'El País'.
