The subject of the audios filtered by 'The Confidential' in where Gerard Hammered and Luis Rubilaes, president of the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) converse on the organisation of the Supercopa of Spain in Arabia added a new 'stick' for the protagonists of the controversy. Miguel Ángel Galán Spanish, president of the National Centre of Training of Trainers (CENAFE), reported to the artífices of the new Supercopa Spanish in front of the Fiscalía Anticorrupción.

In this regard, José Manuel Franco, president of the CSD and Secretary of State for the Sport, ensured in an interview with 'Sportive World' that the participation of Hammered in the negotiation is a little "ethical and logical subject". However, Franco considers that "the most likely is that there is not at all illegal because the RFEF is a private entity with public competitions delegates and is in his right to sign agreements with the one who estimate convenient", explained the civil servant.
