Josep Maria Bartomeu is partner of the FC Barcelona from 20 April 1974. A performance that considers as "very grave" and that has like sanction from the prohibition to access to the Camp Nou and to other installations of the Club during a period of a year and a day to two years. Also the involved confronts the suspension of the condition of partner of four months and a day to two years or the loss of the condition of partner. In the case of the ex president, would be this last sanction the one who would apply him .

On the other hand, 'Sport', after this information has indicated that the Barcelona club closed the file waiting for that the justice resolve the 'Barçagate' and until it do not finalise the investigation, the entity will not take any decision in this regard.
