"In front of the decision of the National High Court to estimate the resource of the Fiscal Ministry and continue the process against Neymar, Neymar Jr., Sandro Rosell, the Saints CF and the FC Barcelona, in the case DIS, the FC Barcelona expresses his disconformidad with the included reasonings in this resolution.

In this trial the FC Barcelona will keep the theses that always has defended along the process and will show the innocence of all the investigated".
