The feminine sections of the FC Barcelona and the Seville have classified for the quarter-finals after leaving went to his similar of Osasuna and Villarreal, respectively. However, the teams deleted have reported cases of undue alignment in each one of the two commitments, with the case of Geyse Ferreira by part of the team directed by Jonatan Giráldez and in the one of Nagore Calderón with the Andalusian cast.
In such sense, expects that the Committee of Competition give opening to both files, that later will be remitted to each one of the clubs in question so that later they prepare his alegatos. After receiving answer, will be the own Committee the one who give to know his first dictamen that, according to the newspaper 'Mark', could take place in the next days and with this alter the participation of one or both teams in the tournament.
This verdict will have a definite character, although it remains opened the possibility that the teams affected can resort in front of other instances in search of some more favourable measure. From the Barça have warned to have not been notified by part of the Real Spanish Federation of Football regarding the case of Geyse Ferreira. Now, everything will remain in hands of the Committee of Competition waiting for a result.
In his moment, like this has pronounced Osasuna on the case: "The Foundation Osasuna Feminine will resort the corresponding meeting to the eighth of final of the Glass of the Queen in front of the Football Club Barcelona by the undue alignment of the footballer Geyse Ferreira. The managerial board of the entity has adopted the decision after the dispute of the meeting motivated by the respect that deserve his players and fans in front of the evident infringement of the Regulation, recognising to his time from the maximum sportsmanship and respect to the institution blaugrana his superiority on the terrain of game".
What establishes the RFEF?
For this type of cases, the Disciplinary Code in his article 113 stipulates that this type of measures solves with the suspension of the player in question of face to the next parties of the same tournament: "The suspension by parties that was consequence of the commission of infringements of slight character, will involve the prohibition to range in the parties of the same competition in that said infringement was committed".
