The Agency Tributaria concludes that the Football Club Barcelona committed fiscal crime in the signing of Neymar and so much the Barcelona club like his previous president, Sandro Rosell, have been imputed by this case and will have to appear in front of the judge Ruz. The club will have to appoint a legal representative that represent it in front of the judge, that has received this Tuesday the report of Inland revenue.
