Josep Lluís Núñez already has ingresado in prison

Josep Lluís Núñez is condemned to two years and two months of prison for bribing to a group of inspectors of Inland revenue to achieve fiscal savings. The Audience of Barcelona desestimó the last resource after being condemned by the "Case Inland revenue". 

The majority of means expected with big expectancy to the ex president of the Barça in Can Brians, but finally Núñez has gone in in the prison of Quatre Camins to the six and average of the afternoon accompanied of his son, also convict, in a clear Jeep with the dark glasses.

In a principle the Audience imposed them a penalty of 6 years, that afterwards the Supreme recessed to 26 months. On 6 November, the Audience of Barcelona desestimó the last resource to evade the prison. In his writing the magistrates argued his decision by the gravity of the facts and that does not treat of an occasional fact, but of a behaviour continued. 

Also they affirmed that it is necessary to have tolerance zero with the corruption and that the Núñez have not showed any type of arrepentimiento in the courts. The process of the "Marry Inland revenue" initiated does already 15 years and treats of one of the cases of corruption with more involved and more complex that have destapado in Catalonia in the last years.
