Cadiach Defines to Mingma Sherpa like a man "respected by his village that has supported it and ensalzado for doing his hero. It is a sherpa different, intelligent, that has struggled out of nowhere, tracing back the family of 6 brothers. To the age of 12 years, lost to his father and put to work loading already with 25 kg in the back. Afterwards it converted goalkeeper of the expeditions, later guides and finally sherpa of height. His career has been meteoric and a role model. Has an only charisma. I remained admired of his simplicity and humility".
