The constructor and ex president of the FC Barcelona, Josep Lluís Núñez, and his son have abandoned the prison of "Quatre Camins" and will be able to happen the Christmas home. The judge has conceded them the third degree penitenciario, what allows them go out, although they have to do night in an open centre situated in Barcelona.
The justice had imposed to Núñez a penalty of two years and two months of prison by the "case Inland revenue". Núñez ingresó in the centre penitenciario around the middle of November together with his son after presenting resource and expecting the reprieve that had requested to the Spanish government.
The Audience of Barcelona decided that it had to ingresar in the centre penitenciario when understanding that it is not a person rehabilitated because it has not showed arrepentimiento. The conviction by the "case Inland revenue" was imposed by the bribe to inspectors of Inland revenue.
