The justice of Brazil has decided not practising diligences on the ex president of the FC Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, by the 'Case Ailanto'. In his day, reported to Rosell by documentary falsity in the contracting of a friendly between Portugal and Brazil, contested in 2008

As it has informed the newspaper 'The Folha of Sao Paulo', the Brazilian justice has decided exculpar to the ex president of the Barça, Sandro Rosell, of a case of documentary falsity produced in 2008. It treats of the 'Case Ailanto', in which it accused to the ex mandator culé to having participated in the presumptive illegal contracting of a friendly party contested by Brazil and Portugal in Brasilia.

Finally, and after the Fiscalía of Brasilia decided to impute to Rosell when understanding that it presented false documents, the judge of the case has decided now exempt him of any fault.
