As TV3, the Football Club Barcelona has denied that it have contacted with the Fiscalía of the National High Court to arrive to an agreement of compliance in the fiscal crime that imputes them by the signing of Neymar. According to juridical sources, produced a contact after the club paid to Inland revenue 13,5 million euros and is the normal procedure in a fiscal crime when the part imputed credits the quota defrauded.
Some hypothetical conversations between the lawyers of the Barça and the Fiscalía could finish in an agreement of compliance in which the club recognised the crime and dictated a condemnatory sentence, which possibly would collect an economic fine against the club.
The Fiscalía still is slope of a report commissioned to Inland revenue in which it evaluate if the quantity paid by the Barça is sufficient and covers the money that left to pay to the public arks by this signing.
