The judge will not expand the demand of action of civil responsibility presented by the Barça against the last board of Joan Laporta to all the directors that formed part, between them his successor, Sandro Rosell, and the current president, Josep Maria Bartomeu

The judge José Manuel Martínez Borrego has decided not expanding the demand of action of responsibility further of the members of the last board of the Barça chaired by Joan Laporta, desestimando until 6 applications of the defence of the directors of this board. The pleaded defenders asked when titling of the court of first instance number 39 of Barcelona that expanded the demand to all the directors from 2003 , and especially to the resigned in 2005 (Sandro Rosell, Josep Maria Bartomeu, Javier Faus, Jordi Moix, Jordi Monés and Alejandro Echevarria) like members of the board that did the provision of the 63,4 millions by the descent of value of the staff.

The judge also has desestimado the request of some of the sued to remain out of the cause when having resigned before 30 June 2010. Martínez Borrego understands that they left the board to fulfil with what mark the statutes to be able to be reelected. After this decision, the sued are Joan Laporta, Alfons Godall, Jaume Ferrer, Joan Boix, Rafael Yuste, Josep Cubells, Alfons Castro, Albert Perrín, Jacint Borràs, Josep Antón Colomer, Maria Elena Fort, Jordi Torrent, Xavier Bagués, Patrick Auset, Josep -Ignasi Macià, Magda Oranich and Xavier Room i Martín, in addition to the insurer Zurich, with which hired a policy of coverage of 25 million euros.
