The trial by the action of responsibility against the ex president Joan Laporta and 16 ex directors of the Football Club Barcelona has remained seen for sentence
The judge José Manuel Martínez Borrego has declared seen for sentence the trial by the action of responsibility against Joan Laporta and other 16 directors of the FC Barcelona. The judge has now of 20 natural days to dictate sentence. The verdict could arrive even before the Assembly of Compromisarios of the club, that will celebrate on 18 October.
In this trial, the FC Barcelona, like part demandante, requests to Joan Laporta and to 16 directors of his salient board, an upper quantity to the 47 million euros by negative economic results during his mandate. The part sued, by his part, has denied the countable losses that impute him and has requested that desestime the demand.
