The Audience of Barcelona has ordered the entry in prison of the ex president of the FC Barcelona Josep Lluís Núñez, and of his son Josep Lluís, when refusing the request of reprieve
The Audience has refused the resource presented to suspend of provisional form the execution of his conviction to two years and two months of prison while it decided his request of reprieve. In a car notified today, that can resort , the section ninth of the Audience desestima the request of the Núñez, that asked that it suspended his entry in prison to fulfil the penalty of two years and two months that imposed them the High court for bribing to inspectors of Inland revenue, while the government resolved his request of reprieve.
