The minister of the Interior of Turkey, Süleyman Soylu, has confirmed this Sunday the number of 38 died and 136 injured after the double attack of this past Saturday in the inmediaciones of the field of the Besiktas, two hours after the party of the team of Istanbul in front of the Bursaspor.
The Turkish authorities think that the double attack has been made by the armed group Party of the Workers of the Kurdistan (PKK), and from among the 38 mortal victims a treintena are policemen. For the moment, the minister of Interior of Turkey has confirmed since it has detained to 10 people related with the double attack, although it still does not know with total certainty which group was the author of the tragedy, since anybody has claimed the attack officially neither through the networks.
It fits to remember that, during the past month of June, 45 people died by an attack of Islamic State against the aeropueto of Ataturk. In spite of these facts, the PKK is the main suspect of this new attack, although the new informations of the next days will help to esclarecer if really it is like this or no. Until then, the fear to new attacks will be still in the centre of Istanbul, laced up by the security forces.
