Tragedy in the world of the football. In spite of that the information already had given from some sectors of the press, the Leicester City has confirmed this Sunday at night the death of his owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, in an accident of helicopter produced the past Saturday, after the meeting of Premier League that his team played against the West Ham.

The helicopter despegó from the King Power Stadium and, according to several sources, had a mechanical failure in the tail that propició the accident. To his 60 years, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha was a very wanted man in the Leicester that, under his mandate, achieved the gesta historical to win the Premier League in 2016 in spite of the potential of teams like Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City or Liverpool.

The club confirmed the demise of his president a day after this produced beside the others four occupants of the helicopter: the two pilots and two members of the club. "Our thoughts, in these moments of loss inexplicable, are with the family Srivaddhanaprabha and the families of which were on board", expressed the club in a communiqué.

A big quantity of fans have approached this Sunday to the stadium of the Leicester to leave bouquets of flowers in memory of the victims of the tragic accident. The club has showed "conmovido" by the "incredible answer of the family of the football", through "messages of support and solidarity", that appreciate " deeply in these difficult moments".

A very wanted man in Leicester

The support of the fans and the message of the club left clear that Srivaddhanaprabha was a man wanted to that will leave an empty imborrable: "The world has lost to a big person with the death of Vichai. A kind man, generous, a man whose life characterised by the love to his family and to those to which led successfully".

Besides, the club remembered that, under the mandate of the Thai, all rowed in a same direction. "Under his leadership, the Leicester City was a family. It is a family that will cry his death and will keep his vision on this club, that will be now his legacy", expressed the communiqué in mourning by his demise.
