This Sunday is the ‘Estrella Damm Gamper Party’ and FC Barcelona has enabled the VIP seats in the Estadi Johan Cruyff. The club wants to make it clear that this ‘lever’ works and wants to demonstrate it from this weekend.

These seats are already in the Spotify Camp Nou and in the Johan Cruyff they have had to pad the seats with a dark cover to give it that VIP look. In principle, this 'lever' does not depend on the location, but that it works reliably. The VIP area of the Estadi Johan Cruyff will be delimited, according to information leaked by 'Mundo Deportivo'.

The auditor's approval will open the way for registration at Barça

It should be noted that Barça sold the exploitation rights of 475 VIP seats to investors New Era and Fortia Advisor for the next 30 years. These seats can be used on match days as their own or sold to a third party, but the club's auditor, Crowe Spain, requested their enablement to include them in the 24/25 financial year.

The 475 represent the transfer of 5.5% of the total seats in the Spotify Camp Nou. FC Barcelona will receive 100 million euros from the sale of these seats. This, plus the agreement with the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the departure of players, will allow the club to enter the 1:1 rule and improve its financial 'Fair Play'.

Barça is waiting for the approval of the auditors and LaLiga of the 100 million euros to be able to register the new additions, such as Joan Garcia, Rashford and Bardghji, along with Szczesny, Héctor Fort, Marc Bernal and Gerard Martín.

VIP seats could also be used in Montjuic as a 'plan B'

Initially, it is estimated that the Azulgrana club can use the Spotify Camp Nou to receive Valencia on the weekend between September 13 and 14, after the international break. If they do not have the First Occupation license, the team will have to process their return to Montjuïc.

As part of the agreement established with those who acquired the seats, the club must enable the 475 seats at the Olympic Lluís Companys, which would be located near the tunnel of changing rooms. In this way, its inclusion in the report audited by Crowe Spain will not be compromised.
