LaLiga Has published an informative note in which it confirms that, after the incidents in the party between Valencia and Real Madrid by the day 35 of the domestic championship in which Vinícius Jr encaró to the rival terracing after -supposedly- receive racist insults, has requested all the images that are available to begin an investigation especially the occurred against the Brazilian footballer.

After the study of the images, in case that it identify some action in which it incite to the hate, the patronal will take the timely actions in front of the justificia, doing upsetting in the encontronazos of Vinicius with the Valencian fans and remembering that LaLiga carries long struggling against of the racist behaviours in the stadiums.

The communiqué of LaLiga

In his communiqué, LaLiga has explained that "in front of the incidents occurred during Valencia CF – Real Madrid CF in the Stadium of Mestalla, LaLiga informs that it has requested all the available images to investigate the sucedido. Once concluded the investigation, in case to detect some crime of hate, LaLiga would proceed to take the timely legal actions. LaLiga Also will investigate the images in which purportedly profirieron racist insults directed to Vinicius Jr. In the outsides of the stadium of Mestalla".

Likewise, they have remembered the support that have given when they have occurred this type of facts: "LaLiga has showed proactiva in front of all the racist incidents against the player of the Real Madrid CF, Vinicius Jr. Like this, LaLiga has presented complaint in nine occasions in the last 2 seasons in front of the Committee of Competition of the RFEF, State Commission against the Violence, the Racism, the Xenofobia and the Intolerance in the Sport, the Fiscalía of Hate and the Courts in the following situations:

  2. RCD Mallorca – Real Madrid CF: 14 March 2022.
  3. Athletic of Madrid – Real Madrid: 18 September 2022.
  4. Real Valladolid – Real Madrid CF: 30 December 2022.
  5. Incident "Banner in previous" Valdebebas to the Real Madrid CF – Athletic of Madrid of Glass of Rey: 26 January 2023.
  6. RCD Mallorca – Real Madrid: 5 February 2023.
  7. CA Osasuna – Real Madrid CF: 18 February 2023.
