In a study made by the real-estate portal "pisos.com", the stadium of the FC Barcelona is the most expensive of all Spain. As said study, the Camp Nou surpasses to Santiago Bernabéu, Anoeta, Vicente Calderón or Sánchez Pizjuán in this curious classification. And it does it having less surface that for example the field of the Athletic of Madrid or the Seville FC.

The calculations, based in the case of the Barcelona taking into account the demolition in September of 1997 of the stadium of Sarrià, where built 450 flats and urbanizó his surroundings, affirm that the Camp Nou is valued in 172, 5 million euros. With this, surpasses to the stadium of the Real Sociedad, Anoeta, that two years ago was the most expensive field of the country. In this occasion, Santiago Bernabéu also surpasses to the field "giputxi" and remains valued in 170,3 million euros.

Behind these three situate Saint Mamés and Vicente Calderón. As it has commented previously, the field of the Athletic of Madrid beside the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez of the Getafe and to the Sánchez Pizjuán are those that enjoy of greater surface, with a total of 7.350 square metres.

To the hour to make the values of the stadiums, the portal has not taken into account all the sentimental and historical value that the fields can have, limiting it all to the real-estate value of the enclosure, the importance of the city and his location in this. It is by this that the last in the list are the Ciutat of València of the Raise UD and the Madrigal of the Villarreal, valued in 40,4 millions and 30,3 respectively. And it is that both are situated in zones of little residential demand. The stadium of the Eibar, Ipurúa, has not been analysed.
