Morocco has renounced to organise the Glass Africa 2015 by fear to the ébola. The Moroccan government has offered, always through the Federation of football, three alternatives to the African Confederation of Football (CAF): postpone the tournament until the 2016, assume the organisation of the edition of 2017 or renounce totally and accept the consequences.

"The CAF refused all our requests and suggestions and therefore we see us forced to withdraw us like headquarters of the Glass Africa of 2015 with immediate effect to preserve the security of our citizens. We are had to assume the consequences", have declared sources of the Ministry of Moroccan Sports to the portal Supersport.com.
