Three weeks ago, the past day 3 April, "The Confidential" published several informations on the famous "Papers of Panama", linking in them to big variety of public characters with societies "off shore" in this country with which, purportedly, defrauded to Inland revenue so much in Spain as in other countries of Europe.
Between said public characters, the journalist José María Elm included to Leo Messi, ensuring that in June of 2013, so much the Argentinian star of the FC Barcelona like his father "used an Uruguayan dispatch to constitute a Panamanian society with which would have followed invoiceing his rights of image to backs of the Agency Tributaria", something that defined like "a new entramado of fiscal fraud" of Messi and his family", without contributing any type of proof and trying, in this sense, damage the public image of the Barcelona player.
Leo Messi, as it is natural, did not hide and set up the machinery to report to the media that had published said news, considering it totally false. "It is a company totally inactiva, that never had bottoms neither open common accounts and that derives of the ancient structure societaria designed by the previous fiscal advisers", said the Messi, adding that they were posing "the eventual interposition of legal actions against the means" that had spread the information in question.
The case is that, during the last days, has discovered also a "tweet" denigrante and controversial of the same journalist that accused to Leo Messi of fiscal fraud, José María Elm, in which the reporter dared to speak of the "camel of Messi", referring also to the process independentista Catalan. "JuntspelSí Has to follow confluyendo. That But it lead to CDC, ERC, ANC, Omnium, the camel of Messi and the mummy of Copito of Nieve. Here yes it petan", can read in the message. No descarta, in this context, that Messi also report to the journalist by insults.
