The jueza of the National High Court, María Tardón, has filed the complaint presented by an individual against Leo Messi, several members of his family and his foundation by supposed crimes against the public Inland revenue, countable, swindle and bleaching of capitals.
In the failed, the jueza signals that after one "especially complex and exhaustive investigation" of two years has not found evidence that it existed a criminal performance any by part of the reported, as it has given to know the Fiscalía in his request of sobreseimiento.
In concrete, has not determined that the Foundation Leo Messi was a mere instrument used by the reported to hide and divert bottoms to evade the payment of taxes and incorporate them to his heritage, such as it sustained Federico Rettori, the one who was the one who made the complaint.

It concludes that no only it has not accredited to have suffered damage any, "but the possible irregularities that invoked in his complaint have showed clearly non-existent" after the diligences practised and after the analyses of the reports of the Agency Tributaria, of the Catalan Protectorate of Foundations and of the Foundation Messi.
Also it adds that "given the scarce reliability of the denouncer, agreed make an exhaustive investigation of the performances of the Foundation Messi in Spain".
The failed relates that it discovered that "through the Social society Team presented to the Foundation Leo Messi a proposal of collaboration in a project to struggle against the childish mortality in Sierra Leone, that went to lead the association By a good way, that the denouncer chaired, and that saw frustrated".
