The Real Madrid continues carrying out the works for the remodeling of Santiago Bernabéu. Although already there was a clear-cut budget, the club has had to disburse additional income by concept of some modifications that did not appear in the initially conceived project.
In such sense, the club has summoned an Extraordinary Assembly for 20 November to subject to the decision of his partners compromisarios "fund works no included initially in the remodeling". This will carry out together with the General Assembly in which it will present the balance of the season 2020-21 and the current.
To fulfil with all the protocols of bioseguridad in the frame of a sanitary crisis, the Madrid has enabled three distinct modalities for the celebration of the Assembly: mixed, face-to-face and telematic. The headquarters of the same will be the Pavilion of Basketball of the Ciudad Real Madrid of Valdebebas.

Of this way, the partners will decide so much the approval of the accounts of the club in the previous course, that left some profits by 874.000 euros, what elevates the heritage of the institution to some 534 million euros and a balance of tesorería by 122 millions without explaining the works in the Bernabéu.
To date, the remodeling of the feudo merengue has an approximate cost of 279 million euros that supposes less than 50% of the loan that the entity had requested, that elevated to some 575 millions. In the Extraordinary Assembly, the partners will decide if it expands or no east mount.
