The TAS has decided not altering the sanction imposed by the FIFA to the FC Barcelona and the Barcelona club will follow without being able to fichar until the month of January of 2016. Already it does almost two years, however, that they began to give the facts that ended in the punishment
The Agency EFE has made a chronology of the facts that explains how began to gestarse the sanction of the FIFA to the FC Barcelona with the inhabilitación first of the Korean footballer Seung Woo Lee and after some players more than the inferior categories of the club, until unchaining the current punishment that prevents fichar to the entity culé until January of 2016.
- 5 February 2013. The FC Barcelona receives of the FIFA information of the Korean player Seung Woo Lee, owing to an anonymous complaint.
- 1 March 2013. Sandro Rosell proposes to the FIFA a substantial change in the article 19 of the Regulation on the Statute and the Transfer of Players.
- 6 May 2013. The FIFA demands to the Barça additional information of the situation of 16 players more than find in the situation of the Korean player, that is to say, lower foreigners of age.
- 9 July 2013. Jerome Valcke, general secretary of the FIFA, answers to the letter of Sandro Rosell and informs him that it will treat his request to finals of the 2013.
- 12 July 2013. The FIFA asks information of 25 of the 33 players of which already had informed the past 6 May.
- 25 September 2013. The FIFA asks to the Spanish Federation information of eighteen players more, and communicates him that it opens a disciplinary file. The Federation communicates this situation to the Barça, that to 8 October following sends the allegations.
- 20 November 2013. The FIFA requests more information to the FC Barcelona on 12 of the 18 players in question.
- 26 November 2013. The FIFA asks even more information to the FC Barcelona, this time of four players more, that thinks that had to be included in the list of 6 May.
- 28 November 2013. The Committee of Discipline of the FIFA gathers and decides to sanction to the FC Barcelona. Nevertheless, the sanction does not communicate to the Barça until 2 April.
- 9 December 2013. The FIFA continues requesting information on all the lower players of age no national inscribed in those dates.
- 2 April 2014. Of the 37 players investigated, the FIFA finish concluding that the FC Barcelona has infringido the Regulation in nine cases.
- 5 April 2015. The directive chaired by Josep Maria Bartomeu plants a giant banner in the side of the Camp Nou where can read : "The Masia is not touch", in a Barça-Betis.
- 12 April 2014. The Barça presents a resource of appeal to the FIFA.
- 23 April 2014. The president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA, Larry Mussenden, decrees the suspension cautelar of the sanction to be able to study properly the case. - 30 December 2014. The TAS ratifies the sanction that imposed the FIFA to the Barcelona. Of this form, the FC Barcelona will not be able to fichar until January of 2016.
