Clubs are constantly interested in players trained in the youth ranks of FC Barcelona. In that sense, in recent hours, two Premier League teams have reportedly approached the Azulgrana midfielder Marc Casadó.

The player is aware that several teams want to acquire his services, but for the moment he remains focused on working day by day with his teammates, so that, if nothing goes wrong, he can try to earn a place on the field.

English duel for Casadó: West Ham and Wolverhampton have him in their sights

In this sense, according to the journalist specialized in the transfer market, Matteo Moretto, both West Ham United and Wolverhampton would be studying the possibility of launching themselves into the transfer window to try to incorporate him.

Thus, it is expected that 'the Hammers' will lose the Mexican Edson Álvarez in the coming days, for which they will have to go to the market to cover that departure.

In this order of ideas, according to the same source, both clubs would be willing to present an offer close to 30 million euros for the Azulgrana youth player, should they end up betting on him.

However, it is worth remembering that Barça would be demanding around 50 'kilos' to sit down to negotiate for the '17', whom they will not push to the exit door either.

In addition, Bayer Leverkusen would have already tried to sign him with an offer of €20 million plus 10 in variables, which, apparently, was rejected by the sports management, because it was considered a very low figure.

Marc Casadó, victim of the fierce competition in the Barça midfield

The '17', for now, prioritizes his desire to succeed in the Catalan team, of which he is also a big fan since his childhood. Therefore, he would not want to make a hasty decision either, considering that the competition in midfield for the 2025/26 season is fierce.

Barça currently has Pedri, Frenkie de Jong, Gavi, Fermín López, Dani Olmo and Marc Casadó himself, who already stayed on the bench during the entire match for the league debut against RCD Mallorca.

It should also be considered that Marc Bernal is in the final phase of his recovery to fight for the pivot position of the Blaugrana team, and he is expected to return for Matchday 4 of LaLiga, which will be against Valencia CF.

Despite this, Casadó believes that he can earn a place in coach Hansi Flick's starting XI. Although they could present an offer for him, the pivot does not give up his desire to only wear the Blaugrana shirt. Do you think the '17' will leave the Blaugrana club this summer?
