The Brazilian press has announced the signing of Arthur Melo by the FC Barcelona after the Barcelona club have arrived to an agreement with the Guild of Carry Cheerful. The signing would have closed by 30 fixed millions and 10 in variables, although the announcement still would not have done official since it would be missing to adjust small details of the payment of the taxes and of the variable part.
The information was spread by the half Brazilian GloboEsporte that ensured that, of the total of said quantity, "at least four millions are feasible and perfectly reasonable in a short space of time", although also matizó that the conditions "depend much more of the sportive gain and the success that the player goes to have".
Arthur Melo, a crack in spite of his youth
Arthur is a player that, in spite of his 21 years, manages in the terrain of game as if it was a veteran.
