Luis Díaz would demand contractual guarantees to sign with Barcelona
The case of 'Lucho' would not be the exception. According to the newspaper AS, the Colombian would demand a clause in his contract in which, if the Barcelona team did not have the capacity to register him despite paying for his incorporation, he would receive a significant economic amount for the sporting damage that this would entail. An compensation that Barça must accept if it is convinced that it will be able to register him.
In this sense, the conditions of the 'guajiro' would be, perhaps, a little less rigid than those that, it was said, Nico Williams had put in his moment:
- Close his registration right after making his transfer official.
- Include a release clause if, by mid-August, the winger had not yet been registered.
