The FC Barcelona has decided to pay to Inland revenue the 9,1 million euros with which the Fiscalía and the judge of the National High Court, Pablo Ruz, have quantified the supposedly evaded taxes by the Catalan entity in the contracting of the Brazilian player Neymar this summer

As it informs this Sunday 'The Avant-garde', the fiscal advisers like this have recommended it to him to the club, to recess the penal and administrative consequences of the judicial demand. The Penal Code establishes a sanction of until six times the quantity defrauded. That is to say, that if it was convict, the club would have to pay, in addition to the 9,1 million purportedly defrauded euros, a fine that could rise until the 54 millions.    

With the repair of the damage that involves the presentation of a complementary statement by the quantity supposedly defrauds, the Barça could reduce until the 62 percent of the amount of the sanction, by what only would pay some 5,5 million euros of fine in the case that finally it was condemned. The final decision, in any case, will have to be ratified this Monday in the ordinary meeting of the Managerial Board.
