The maximum organism of the international football, the FIFA, that dictated the sanction that will prevent fichar to the Barça until January of 2016, has issued a communiqué in which it shows to feel backed by the decision of the TAS of not reducing neither modify the punishment

In a communiqué issued this Tuesday, the FIFA has appreciated the sentence of the TAS ensuring that this shows "a clear backrest and rotundo to the work that is effecting the FIFA for the protection of the lower footballers of age". 

The organism, besides, has added that "the protection of the minors constitutes one of the fundamental pillars of the FIFA. The Art. 2, separated to), of the Statutes of the FIFA stands out like one of the aims of the FIFA: improve constantly the football and promote it all over the world, considering his universal character, educational and cultural, as well as his humanitarian values, particularly by means of juvenile programs and of development". 

Finally, in the same communiqué, the FIFA puntualiza that has established "a normative frame very clear for the protection of the minors and possesses a skilled organism (the subcommittee of the Commission of the Statute of the Players), responsible to approve each one of the traspasos international and first registrations of lower foreign players of age".

"Together with these measures, the introduction of the System of Correlation of Traspasos (TMS) has turned into one of the main tools that makes possible that the FIFA supervise and control the traspasos and first registrations of lower players of age, whose training and appropriate and stable development have to prevail on the purely sportive interests".
