The judge of the National High Court, Pablo Ruz, has decided to impute to the FC Barcelona when considering that the Barcelona club defrauded near of 9,1 million euros to Public Inland revenue in the operation of Neymar. The referee, that already investigates to the ex Barcelona president Sandro Rosell, has taken this decision after the claims of the public prosecutor José Perals, that affirms that one of the indications of fiscal crime "is the existence of mock agreements, as well as the realisation of operations of 'financial engineering' by means of which pretends commit the deception to the Public Inland revenue".

Pablo Ruz, consistently, has concluded in a car that "concurren to the present stadium sufficient indications for the investigation about the possible commission of the crime against the Public Inland revenue by part of the entity Football Club Barcelona".
