Lamine Yamal will not travel with Barça to Prague for Champions League Matchday 7. The '10' saw his third yellow card of the league phase against Eintracht and is suspended.

Calendar of FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona will not be able to count on Lamine Yamal this Wednesday for their visit to Slavia Prague (9:00 PM). The 18-year-old forward will serve a one-match suspension after receiving his third yellow card of the league stage in the match against Eintracht (2-1), where the '10' provided an assist to Jules Koundé for the winning goal for the Blaugrana.

The player from Mataró scored in consecutive matchdays against Olympiacos (6-1) and Bruges (3-3), the latter being a match where he also provided an assist. Against the Belgians, he also received a caution, as he did in matchday 2 against Paris Saint-Germain (1-2).

In the Champions League, a suspension is served upon accumulating 3 yellow cards, two fewer than in LaLiga (5). This season, Lamine leads the team in assists with 11 in 25 games, in which he also scored 10 goals. With 21 goals produced, the winger leads the Barça attack, although Ferran Torres remains the team's top scorer with 15 goals.

Lamine will miss his second Champions League match this season

Yamal was also unavailable against Newcastle (1-2) in the opening matchday of the league stage due to the pubalgia that affected him in September. Afterwards, he started in the following five matches of the tournament, scoring a couple of goals and providing as many assists.

The 18-year-old forward was also absent for 4 other LaLiga matches, all due to issues stemming from osteitis pubis. In terms of discipline, his 3 yellow cards in the Champions League have been his only ones this season, as in 16 league matchdays he has not yet been cautioned in 25/26.

On Wednesday, Barça is obliged to defeat **Slavia Prague** to try and get closer to the direct qualification spots for the Champions League round of 16. Currently, the Catalan team occupies 15th place with 10 points. If they win the remaining two matches, the Culés would accumulate 16 points, but they do not depend on themselves to enter the TOP-8

Barça will lose two of its goalscorers against Slavia Prague

In addition to Lamine Yamal, Barça will also be without Ferran Torres against the Czech team. The 'Shark' will be out as a precaution after leaving the match against Real Sociedad with hamstring discomfort. Pablo Gavi and Andreas Christensen also remain injured.

Both the '10' and the '7' will remain in Catalonia while the rest of the squad travels to Prague on Tuesday. For Hansi Flick, the priority is to have both available next Sunday against Oviedo (16:15), in the first match of 2026 at the **Spotify Camp Nou**
