UEFA goes on to attack the Super League and the Madrid Court

UEFA backed down after lifting sanctions against clubs in the European Super League. This Tuesday, the European body announced that it will take measures against the Court of Madrid and its Judge in search of continuing with the process against these teams
The UEFA only has taken a day in giving course backwards with his communiqué ensuring that it withdrew the process against the clubs of the Superliga European. After confirming that it had decided to yield in front of the Court of Madrid, that forced to cancel the files against Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Juventus of Turín, the maximum organism of the European football has contraatacado this Tuesday with another writing in which it has gone back to defend his posture against the project.

In consequence - and although the UEFA does not recognise the jurisdiction of the Court of Madrid and believes firmly that it always has acted in full fulfillment of the pending procedures - the UEFA has presented today formal allegations to the Court of Madrid evidenciando his continuous fulfillment of the orders", aimed.
To the thread of the allegations that will present to the Madrilenian Court, in the writing also announced that they will take measured against the own judge of the case. "Besides, the UEFA has tabled a motion for the recusación of the judge that chairs the current procedure, since it thinks that there are significant irregularities in this procedure. On line with the Spanish law - and in the fundamental interest of the justice - the UEFA expects that the judge in question separate immediately until it consider this motion of complete and suitable form", indicated.
The UEFA left clear that will not surrender
Finally, the UEFA ensured that it will go to the Court of Appeal to present a resource and insisted in that it will not leave to defend to the European football against the Superliga.
