After making a vistilla the past 22 June, the National High Court has decided to keep in unconditional prison and without bail to the ex president of the FC Barcelona Sandro Rosell and to his lawyer and presumptive testaferro in Andorra, Joan Besolí. Both are imprisoned from 25 May accused of bleaching of money.
A varapalo for Rosell, that already had received another does hardly some days when the judge Carmen Lamela had refused the request of the ex president of the Barcelona Sandro Rosell to unblock his banking accounts. It is clear that the case is not at all simple for the ex president.
"The affirmation of the apelante that it does not go to embezzle to the action of the justice because it would suppose to renounce to the vicinity of his wife, daughters, brothers and parents does not minimise the risk of escape, as his wife also is investigated by these facts and also can move the family with him", explains the car of the room.
The decision of the judge would do to remain to Rosell in Soto of the Real until the celebration of the trial but before would fit the possibility to go back to request the release by means of a new resource. It will be necessary to see how develop the facts in the weeks to come.
Rosell is settled
As we explained it does some days thanks to an information of "The Newspaper of Catalonia", Rosell is enough very adapted to his new life in the prison and his relation with the others mates of cell is good.
