Otamendi justifies his gestures and provocations after Argentina's victory
Nicolás Otamendi has offered some statements after the victory on penalties against the Netherlands where he apologizes for the different mocking gestures he made towards the rival team
The victory of Argentina on the Low Countries in penaltis has left different feelings in the fans of the balompié.
