Cover of FC BARCELONA NEWS for Monday, July 7, 2025: Roony Bardghji, a 19-year-old left winger from FC Copenhagen, has successfully passed the first phase of the medical examination and is one step away from becoming a new FC Barcelona player. The agreement, estimated at around 2 million euros plus variables, will be closed shortly and the official signing is expected next week, when all the formal procedures are completed.

Formed in Malmö FF and with his debut in the Danish elite at the age of 16, Bardghji has 84 professional matches despite a serious cruciate ligament injury in 2024. Fast, skilled in one-on-ones and compared to Eden Hazard, he will travel with the first team to the Asian pre-season tour, where Hansi Flick and Deco will evaluate his adaptation before deciding on his role next season.
