Barça, Madrid and Athletic sue "the intervention of the competent authorities"

A new communiqué has issued the FC Barcelona on the project that heads LaLiga and against which have positioned already in several opportunities the Barcelona club, the Real Madrid and the Athletic of Bilbao. The entity culé in his writing affirms that they share the terms of the communiqué issued this morning by the Spanish Federation, besides show contrary to the project of Javier Thebes and demand, beside the others two clubs, the intervention of the competent authorities.

It continues the war between the mentioned entities and LaLiga by his project 'Impulse'. From this Tuesday have not ceased the official communiqués of each edict, in defence of his idea and against of the adverse pronouncement. "We share the terms of the communiqué remitted in the day of today by the Real Spanish Federation of Football ("RFEF"), reiterating again that the Project LaLiga Impulse is incompatible with our juridical legislation and that, in consequence, does not have to carry out", opens the writing of the Barcelona.

Likewise, the Barcelona club has urged to 'the competent authorities' to take letters in the subject because of the no agreement that has arrived up to now, where the affected main would be the FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Athletic of Bilbao. The solution follows without arriving and the 'war' between the edicts grows each day more.

Whole communiqué of the FC Barcelona:

"Exert the legal actions that correspond, of the juridical nature that proceed", has warned the Barcelona entity by means of the communiqué published this Wednesday in reply to the pronouncement of LaLiga, that sucedió this Tuesday also like reply to the writing of the Barça, Madrid and Athletic, those who follow denying to accept the conditions and arguments of the mentioned body.

"We share the terms of the communiqué remitted in the day of today by the Real Spanish Federation of Football ("RFEF"), reiterating again that the Project LaLiga Impulse is incompatible with our juridical legislation and that, in consequence, does not have to carry out.

We confirm to our partners and fans that, to the equal that the RFEF requests the intervention of the competent authorities to these effects, in the day of yesterday Athletic Club, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid remit a communication to the Upper Council of Sports, since, in the exercise of his competitions, has the duty to avoid that they consume damages irreparables to our football, signalling in particular that:

• The Extraordinary General Assembly of The League summoned for the next day 10 December 2021, "pretends to consummate definitively a flagrant rape of the applicable juridical diet to The League and to the audiovisual rights of the Spanish football".

• The reaction of The League to the repeated applications of the three Clubs "has been to undertake a hard campaign of attacks, desinformaciones and, first of all, deny to value the alternative posed" keeping intact his plans.

• "The article 8.s) Of the Law of the Sport awards to the Upper Council of Sports a function of garante of the legality of the application of the rule that regulates the world of the sport".

• Of not acting the Upper Council of Sports "in exercise of his competitions, could commit grave irregularities that engage seriously no only the economic future of the Spanish football, but also the juridical frame that the legislator adopted for the gobernanza of this sport".

• Anyway, to "approve the plans of The League in relation with the Project The League Promote, will have the ineludible obligation to exert the legal actions that correspond, of the juridical nature that proceed".
