FC Barcelona shows its "satisfaction" with the recent resolution of the 'Negreira case'

As we already inform this Friday, the Audience of Barcelona refused the possible crime of cohecho that imputed him to the Barcelona president, Joan Laporta, and to other exdirectivos of the FC Barcelona, in a resolution impugned that awarded the consideration of public civil servant to José María Enríquez Negreira. In first instance, the judge considered to the Federation like a public juridical entity, but finally the Catalan club has received the reason in his contrary posture.

In front of this, the entity has not doubted in manifesting of official way after the verdict of the audience, leaving an official communiqué in his official channels. "The FC Barcelona shows his satisfaction with the sense of the resolution dictated today by the Audience of Barcelona in the measure that confirms the approach defended by the Club and refuses the hypothesis of the presumptive crime of bribe", explains the start of the communiqué culé.

The Barça will follow trusting the Justice for the rest of the process

Besides, the club ensures that "we keep our conviction that through the Justice will be able to esclarecer definitively the facts object of complaint and accredit the absolute innocence of the Club", sustains. It is important to highlight that after this decision, the Barça, Laporta, Negreira and the rest of imputed follow investigated by documentary falsity, corruption in the businesses and disloyal administration, by what it will be necessary to follow expecting news in this regard.
