The Mossos see signs of corruption in Barcelona for the 'Barçagate'

"With base to the procedures that have made - in accordance with the scope of our proposal - that have circumscribed to the sources of information used and to the documentation that acts in the breast of the Club to which have had access, have not detected evidences that by part of the managerial team of the Club have obtained direct economic profit of the Club derived of the Agreements, of the Service and/or payments made by the Providers Object of Analysis". Of this form, the FC Barcelona announced that the audit had exempted to the club to having done something illegal in the subject 'Barçagate'.

Nevertheless, the thing could have not finished in this point, since this audit did not finish to clear what had happened. It said that the company I3 Ventures was hired by part of the club to load through false accounts in social networks against footballers of the current staff of the Barça, against legends and against people that are confronted to the current managerial board blaugrana. Besides, it accused to the culés to having "put hand in the box", something that said the ex director, Emili Rousaud.

By all this, in addition to the audit, the Mossos d'Esquadra also saw forced to investigate the subject. The body of Catalan police attended in the month of July to the Camp Nou for recopilar all the information that could on this controversial case. They carried the documents on the agreements of I3 Ventures, what had paid and all the related with this subject. Since, they are working for averiguar if there is something illegal.

Two months afterwards, from the newspaper 'The World' have informed that the Mossos have arrived to the conclusion that there are sufficient proofs as to think that there has been corruption in the case. After investigating the documents, the complaints presented by third people and all the indictments poured on the subject, would have decided that there are sufficient indications as to carry it in front of a judge.

It seems that the Mossos would have presented his conclusions in the Court of Instruction number 13 of Barcelona, the attendant of the case after a complaint of eight partners of the Barça. This demand presented in April, that was when it exploded this subject of the 'Barçagate'. Over time all was to more, had to do this audit and everything finished with six members of the directive in the street by direct problems with Josep Maria Bartomeu​ by this subject.

Six ex managerial had to resign by this case

Emili Rousaud, Enrique Tombas, Silvio Elías, Josep Pont, Maria Teixidor and Jordi Calsamiglia had to resign does some months. Rousaud, ex vice-president of the Barcelona, did not take in loading against the Barcelona president and accused to somebody of the directive to have carried money by the case. The club sued to the Catalan and right now everything is in the courts, that is where could arrive the of the 'Barçagate' as this last information.
