Barça presents its new executive structure to its employees

Joan Laporta has presented to the workers of the FC Barcelona the new organisational model of the club, in an act that took place this Thursday in the Camp Nou

Joan Laporta does not want to lose time and tighten bows with all the members of the FC Barcelona, in all the sectors of the club. During the day of this Thursday, the Goal South of the Camp Nou was the stage where the Barcelona president has presented the new executive structure of the club and the master lines of the new organisation.

To the act assisted 390 employees of the Barça, while 110 were still in it line for being making teleworking. Besides, they have assisted some of the members of the Managerial Board, as Rafael Yuste, Elena Fort, Antonio Escudero, Juli Guiu, Josep Cubells, Josep Maria Albert, Xavier Barbany, Jordi Llauradó, Josep Ignasi Macià, Aureli But, Xavier Puig, Ángel Riudalbàs, Joan Solé and Joan Soler.

As it has reviewed the club in his web page, Joan Laporta offered a motivating speech to all the employees, appreciating them his work and effort, especially in time so difficult. The president confessed to feel like a lucky for finding "surrounded of people wiser and of which learn a lot". It has showed appreciated by the work during the last months "in some difficult conditions, in front of a pandemia and in an unstable situation. What have been doing is admirable".

Laporta Highlighted that in this moment the Barça needs "them more than ever. The Barça are his people. Think what is what can do by the Barça, this will do us big". Besides, it has added that "they contemplate us 122 years of history and this is very important. We have to invoke the values of the Barça, are worthy heirs of the legacy of Gamper and are able to lead the challenges that the Club faces".

The presentation of the new executive team

To the act, Laporta invited to Ferran Reverter, the one who will be the new adviser delegated of the club and that will incorporate to his functions from 1 July. To his time, presented the new executive team and organisation chart that the directors expect that they derive to a deep transformation that affect to all the organisation.

Reverter Offered some words to the employees and encouraged them to "keep a mentality and attitude very positive in front of the adversity, to establish priorities, to boost the transparency and the communication to transform the way to work". Likewise, it highlighted that "it is necessary to finish with the tight compartments, work with more confidence and freedom, and with more responsibility. The people always mark the differences, and if we work together, will be imparables. We are the best team".
