The German coach has 50 wins in 67 matches with Barcelona after the comeback at the Carlos Tartiere against Oviedo (1-3)
Hansi Flick continues to write his name in the history of FC Barcelona. The German coach has now accumulated 50 wins in 67 official matches in charge of the Blaugrana.
Flick's record is divided into two stages: the 2024-2025 season, with 60 matches in charge and 44 wins, and the current 2025-2026 season, in which he has six wins in his first seven matches. The league match against Real Oviedo (1-3) represented his 50th win in 67 matches, maintaining an efficiency of 74.6%.
Hansi Flick: in the historical TOP 3 of Barça
The German coach has become one of the most solid references in the recent history of Barcelona. His effectiveness on the bench has allowed him to surpass the records of iconic coaches such as Guardiola, Valverde or Xavi, who needed more matches to reach 50 victories.
| Coach | Matches | Victories |
| Luis Enrique | 60 | 50 |
| Frank Rikkaard | 66 | 50 |
| Pep Guardiola | 71 | 50 |
| Ernesto Valverde | 72 | 50 |
| Xavi Hernández | 77 | 50 |
| Hansi Flick | 67 | 50 |
Hansi Flick has achieved 50 victories in 67 matches, placing himself on the podium of the azulgrana coaches of the 21st century who have reached that figure the fastest. Only Luis Enrique and Frank Rijkaard needed fewer matches to reach half a hundred victories.
Luis Enrique and Rijkaard, absolute leaders
Luis Enrique remains at the top of this classification. The one recognized today as Ballon d'Or for best coach reached 50 victories in 60 matches in a single season, the unforgettable 2014-2015, when the azulgrana team signed the historic treble of LaLiga, Copa and Champions.
Frank Rijkaard, the architect of Barça's reconstruction in the early 2000s, needed two seasons to reach that figure. In the 2003-2004 season he added 39 victories in 52 matches, and completed the record with 11 additional victories in 14 matches at the beginning of 2004-2005.
Flick, ahead of Guardiola, Valverde and Xavi
Flick's performance becomes even more relevant when surpassing other heavyweight coaches. Pep Guardiola, considered one of the most influential coaches in the history of football, reached 50 victories after 71 matches (2008-2010).
Ernesto Valverde needed 72 matches (2017-2019) and Xavi Hernández reached that figure in 77 matches, conditioned by having taken office in the middle of the 2021-2022 season.
If Barça achieves victory in its next match against Oviedo, the German coach will consolidate himself in the historical 'top 3' of the club in the 21st century, a fact that reinforces his status as a fundamental piece in the azulgrana sports project.
Flick has 50 wins in 67 matches with Barça. Only Luis Enrique and Rijkaard reached 50 earlier.
