Imponente! The new images that reveal as it will remain the Spotify Camp Nou

The process of renewal of the Spotify Camp Nou promises to turn it into one of the most modern stadiums and vanguardistas of Europe and the world. Recently, it carried out an event in the School of Architects of Catalonia in collaboration with the FC Barcelona, where presented the project for the future of the Espai Barça. This project is one of the most ambitious of the Barcelona club, since it combines sport and architecture, and looks for to create a space of convivencia for the partners and welcome the visitors.

During the event, that had the presence of the vice-president of the club, Elena Fort, and Lluís Moya, responsible of the technical office of the Espai Barça, as well as several members of the team of the project, presented all the details of the future stadium of the club. They showed new 'renders', that are digital images created from a model or stage 3D, to illustrate the innovations that will implement in the stadium culé.

How it developed the act in the COAC?

The act began with an introduction to charge of the dean of the COAC, Guim Coast and Calsamiglia, the one who highlighted the architectural importance of the building of the stadium and the good decision to keep the original façade in the development of the project. To continuation, Elena Fort spoke on the commitment of the Catalan picture with this ambitious project, that has the potential to turn into one of the best stadiums to world-wide level.

After Fort, Lluís Moya and the members of the team of the project took the word to explain the current state of the works and deepen in the technical and architectural appearances of the remodeling of the Spotify Camp Nou. It stood out the sustainability of the project and explained that it pretends build a structure of 220.000 m² with a footprint of 75.000 m² and a height of 40 metres on the floor, integrated in the urban fabric of the neighbourhood of Them Corts.

Which innovations will have the Spotify Camp Nou?

During the event showed 'renders' that revealed that the stadium will have a Zone VIP in the third gradería, instrumented with wide comforts and a terrace bar. Also it emphasized in the fact of the presence of an innovative cover, cataloged like the biggest of Europe, and three big videomarcadores, unlike the initially planned, that was a marker of 360 degrees.

The Spotify Camp Nou also will have a wide room of press, with a similar inclination to the one of the theatres.
