Joan Laporta promised a reestructración of the club in his campaign, although without grudges to the managerial board chaired by Bartomeu. However, in the practice the situation has been another: the current president has not left traces of the step of his predecessor
On 17 March 2021, the partners of the FC Barcelona deposited his confidence in Joan Laporta to initiate a new cycle in the club after all the problems left by the management of Josep Maria Bartomeu in procures of a significant growth for the institution.
To finals of the past market of summer, the current board finished yielding to Antoine Griezmann after all the doubts cernidas on the French and agreed the arrival of Luuk Of Jong. Also it was possible to arrive to an agreement with Ansu Fati for the prolongation of his contractual bond.
Laporta, without grudges?
