Calendar of FC Barcelona

Another episode more in the 'Case Negreira'. As it occurred in the car the past 26 June, the judge commissioned of the investigation has desestimado again the request of the FC Barcelona to present like private prosecution by the presumptive crime of disloyal administration by part of the ancient leaders of the institution.

The negation of the judge to the Barça

The magistrate commissioned of the situation, Joaquín Aguirre López, has denied this possibility and has explained clearly the reason of his decision. "It can not accuse by the contest, that is to say, by the medial crime and the crime end, since would be accusing to himself same, since it has imputed to the Barcelona the commission of a crime of cohecho and previously the legal person of the Barcelona was accused by the crime of sportive corruption", aimed.

On the same line, it added that the behaviour of Joan Laporta is not ethical. "This by the application of the rules of the criminal prescription, at least implicitly, since during that first stage of Laporta also effected payments to the family Enríquez Negreira through the societies that these used as interposed. Therefore, his behaviour to this respecto is identical to the one of the back presidents. It results contrary to all ethical that the one who committed some identical acts to the ones of the back presidents pretend personarse in the cause exerting the private prosecution under the juridical instrument of the FC Barcelona.", it sentenced.

Laporta Is not being investigated

This yes, left clear that Laporta, current president of the Barcelona club, is not being investigated in any appearance unlike the ancient mandators Josep María Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell. Added to this, the court has asked to Jose María Enríquez Negreira and to his son each one of the extracts of his common accounts and of his companies to check the payments effected by the Barcelona. The investigation will continue on its course once the ex-president of the CTA can attend to testificar or, by the contrary, remain absolved for suffering the illness of Alzheimer.
