Justice defends Barça and Lewy against Espanyol's absurd appeal

The Committee of Appeal has refused this Thursday the resource presented by the Espanyol by the alignment of Robert Lewandowski in the derbi of 31 December. The Polish forward, sanctioned with three parties after the last meeting of League before the stop by the World-wide in front of Osasuna, played this day after the ordinary justice gave him the cautelar, as it explained the 'Chain Cope'.

Four days after the meeting, the Tribuanl of Sportive Arbitration (TAD), the maximum instance, cancelled this cautelar, by what finally Lewandowski fulfilled three meetings. But already it had contested a derbi that finally finish 1-1. The Espanyol, that felt prejudiced since all indicated that the only meeting that had to lose the player, that saw double yellow, was the derbi, decided to resort to the Committee of Competition the meeting by undue alignment of the Barça, but this did not give him the reason finally

The day 11 January alleged that "the alignment of the player was protected, in definite, by the judicial decision... The statement like undue of his alignment in the party celebrated on 31 December would come to contradict the decided in judicial headquarters". The club perico, that declared in his moment that would go to the end with this case, resorted to the following instance, that is the Committee of Appeal, the one who three weeks afterwards has failed again against of the Espanyol.

It does not detain the history

From the Catalan club has the idea to follow with this case, since the entity feels victim of this situation. Now they will resort to the Upper Council of Sports. In his day the directive of the Espanyol decided not attending to the loge of the derbi because of this decision, that opens a precedent in the domestic competition.
