Pedri Supports the Canarians by the eruption in La Palma (Video)

The eruption of the volcano La Palma has not overlooked for anybody, not even for Pedri, the one who has sent him a message, so much of his part as of the Barcelona, to those who find affected by the phenomenon in question.

"From the Barcelona are slopes of the evolution of the volcano of La Palma and want to express him ours maximum solidarity to the Canarian village and I that seat me Canarian as of here do it representing to the Barcelona", declared the young footballers in a video posteado in the social networks of the Barcelona.

Besides, it appreciated to those who find in works to protect to the affected and residents near of the volcano. "I expect that all resolve the before possible. I want to thank him all those that are working in guaranteeing the security of these families, command them an embrace and expect that all was well".

The volcano erupciona

In the last days the volcano Old Summit situated in the island of La Palma has erupted sacking a big quantity of lava. For the moment, thousands of people have been desalojadas and tales of houses have been destroyed by the step of the lava. Besides, the last estimates ensure that surface affected by the lava consists of 140,44 hectares, with a front of 600 metres.

The greater worry

However, more than the strength of the eruption that in these moments has the volcano, what more seems to concern to the experts and to the authorities is what could happen if the hot lava finishes for arriving to the mar. Since the mix of water with magma in liquid state can do that the air fill of gases that can be toxic.

"When the magma touches the sea, go to form some big columns of steam of water because big part of the water of the sea goes to vaporise. This has to to the big thermal contrast that there is between both: the colada has a temperature of more than 900°C, whereas the water has some 23°C", explained the professor of geology of University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to the BBC World José Sleeves.
