Spanish justice gives UEFA the green light to sanction Barça, Real Madrid and Juventus

The Commercial Court had granted these precautionary measures in favor of the three clubs that still remain within the Superliga. The judge has decided to lift the measures and give UEFA free rein to sanction if it wishes
The headline of the court of the Mercantile number 17 of Madrid, Sofía Gil García, has estimated the opposition of the UEFA against the measures cautelares adopted in April of 2021 in the case of the Superliga.
