The new Spotify Camp Nou, the best stadium in Europe

During the club's ordinary general assembly, Joan Laporta highlighted the progress of the Espai Barça project and what the reopening of the Spotify Camp Nou means for the Barça economy. The board expects the return home to generate around 200 million net in revenue per season, thanks to the box business and the agreement with Spotify.

"The Camp Nou will be an architectural jewel and the best stadium in Europe. They know that it is the collective dream of Barcelona fans and the legacy that future generations of Barcelona fans will have," the president began, speaking about the Barça temple. In that sense, he valued its remodeling despite the financial crisis that Barça faced after the pandemic.

"We have had the courage to reactivate a project that had been stopped, because it was absolutely necessary for the economic viability of the club."
