"The Barça tried to retain me, but my decision was to go me"

To his 18 years, Jordi Mboula took the decision this past summer to leave to the filial of the Monaco, that offered him the opportunity to train with the first team of the group trained by Leonardo Jardim and, therefore, to give a jump in his career to the not having clear if in the Barça would have of the opportunity to arrive to the first team.

In an interview conceded to 'Sport', Mboula has shared his feelings after they have fulfilled already some months from his course, ensuring that no arrepiente and that is very happy with the deal that is receiving in the Monaco, although it also saves a deep gratitude to the FC Barcelona by how treated him in the club.

"I thought that the best for my career was to go me, to follow evolving"

The past season, when it played in the Juvenile To of the Barça, marked a golazo against the Borussia Dortmund that gave the turn to the world, and that has cost him the opportunity to be nominated to the category of better goal in the prizes 'The Best'. 

"I have seen it many times. It has not stopped to go out in the social networks. I do not know those that times will have seen it, but many", says Mboula. "Perhaps I have marked any of better, but if we analyse it very safe that it is one of the most complete and beautiful that have marked never".

In the gala of the prizes 'The Best' will coincide with footballers like Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar Jr. "It is an honour be in a gala like that, with the best footballers of the world. I have seen the goals candidates and all deserve the prize. One that like me especially? Mine!".

It ensures to find very to taste in the Monaco. "I am very well, very happy, in a period of adaptation and integration, training with the first team and playing with the filial. The truth is that I have found me with people very open and that helped me a lot from the first moment".

And, in spite of having been a perla of the basic football of the Barça, no arrepiente to having done the cases. "It was a pride that the Monaco fixed in me. We argue it with the family and my agents and the truth is that it was a difficult decision but thought that it was the best for my career, to follow evolving. Here in the Barça the things are difficult. It did not see it clear and therefore I decided to leave. The Barça tried to retain me, but was my decision".
