The ex-president of the FC Barcelona Joan Laporta and four members of his Managerial Board have been exonerated of the action of responsibility that initiated the directive headed in his day by Sandro Rosell, that will have to go to the prison
This noon it has known the sentence of the Audience of Barcelona, that has exonerated of the action of responsibility to Joan Laporta and four members of his Managerial Board. A new varapalo for the Board that heads Josep María Bartomeu.
This sentence leaves to the clear that Joan Laporta and the another four directors that continued in the process, Room Martin, Yuste, Fort i Macià did not have losses during his mandate that justified the action of responsibility.
After this new defeat in the courts, the FC Barcelona still has the possibility to resort the sentence in cassation, but it will be necessary to see which is the decision of the directive, since all these trials is paying them the own club -the partners-.
Sandro Rosell, prison without bail
After Sandro Rosell have declared during more than two hours in the National High Court of Madrid, the Fiscalía has requested to the magistrate Carmen Lamela the entry in prison without bail of the ex president of the FC Barcelona, to the one who impute him from this past Tuesday the crimes of bleaching of capitals and criminal organisation.
"The Newspaper of Catalonia" informs that said request would base in the indictment that Sandro Rosell, purportedly, would have bleached 15 million euros in Andorra, pertinent of illicit commissions obtained of the sale of the audiovisual rights of the selection of Brazilian football.
